The place is a beautiful traditional Riad with full modern comfort. The rooftop is amazing with its view over the city. The room was perfectly clean and nicely set. But most of all, we felt at home thanks to the kindness of Mrs. Eddahbi and everyone at the Riad. Truely, we had a GREAT stay at the Riad Amazigh and strongly recommand it to anyone wanting to discover Meknes and its beautiful medina (my personal favourite) in the best conditions.

The host and her staff made it for use real value added. Also the Riad itself was beautiful. Breakfast was very good. Also the location was good in the middle of the medina.

Fatima could not have been more helpful during our very comfortable stay; making us feel at home and always on hand to answer any questions we had (she lives at the riad full-time). Riad Amazigh is simply stunning and many of the original 1880 features remain and have been carefully restored by Fatima. The riad was close to the main square, and once you have navigated the twisting alleyways of the souk, everything is at your doorstep. The terrace commands 360 degree views of the medina and is a great place to bask in the sunshine; overall a wonderful place to just relax.
Our room did not have an ensuite, but a private bathroom contained in the hall (a little inconvenient at night or if you are ill). A little noise from the street outside was a little off-putting when trying to sleep but nothing too much to complain about.

The best thing about Riad Amazigh was Fatima, the owner. It was a little hard to find, but everybody in Meknes knows Riad Amazigh and Fatima, so the people of Meknes were very helpfull. Also the other staff in the Riad is extremely friendly. It's a beautiful hostel, rooms are big and breakfast is great.

It not hotel, it something average between a museum and the lock. Ideal cleanliness, huge beauty and abundance of ancient things with national features. Existing east fairy tale!. The hotel is in 5 minutes of walking from the basic sights and the main market. Silently, conveniently. The first time it is difficult to find road to hotel, but already next day you will be easily guided in labyrinths medins

This riad is situated in the best part of the medina, near the main square and the wonderful souks. A little hard to find because of the labyrinth of streets, but getting lost uncovers hidden gems. The rooms are spacious and traditionally decorated - with fans and free wifi! Breakfast on the terrace was also lovely, but by far the best thing about it was the hostess, Fatima, who went out of her way to help with directions, recommendations and tips. Thank you!
The only thing that disappointed us was that we didn't stay longer!

Riad Amazigh runs a woman called Fatima who is very kind and friendly and really takes care about their guests. The interior of riad is beautiful decorated with lots of details and typical Moroccan handcraft. The location is very good, not difficult to orientate and just a 3 min walk from Place el-Hedim.

The Riad had an excellent reputation and we were not disappointed. Fatima is a wonderful host and has a great team working with her in the house. The staff help to create a friendly and relaxed environment while at the same time demonstrating good professional standards providing for the needs of their guests. After travelling for several weeks in Morocco we appreciated the comfortable bed, lovely clean bathroom and hot water.Fatima has decorated the Riad in a traditional style but offers modern touches such as WiFi. We liked it so much we extended our stay by an extra night. Highly recommended.

Wonderful building. Really amazing place. Finishes and furniture in style. Big rooms, big bathrooms, working ok. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfasts like for 5 stars guests. Location in the heart of medina, difficult to find first time, but we have been lead there for free by locals. Then we have been trained by Fatima and have no problems with finding way. Owner communicates in french and english perfectly, staff at acceptable level. Meknes, Volubilis and Moulay Idris very interesting.
Muezzin was waking us up before down, but we expected that and wanted that.

FATIMA!!! The owner. And the rest of the staff. They were helpful, friendly, warm and welcoming. Fatima is a caring, gentle and giving person. The people in the Medina were also amazing helping us find our way back to the Riad time after time. One afternoon, having already asked our way tens of times over the 3 days we stayed there, one of the shop owners saw us once again looking around confused and before we even asked sent his son to show us the way. And if Fatima is reading this we wish her and Pierre, her partner, much, much happiness together. Two wonderful people.
It was difficult to find our way back to it.

The lady, Fatima, who owns the riad is the most wonderful and friendly person making you feel home immediately in her trendy yet warm place. It is a very well priced riad with the best breakfast in Marocco. The rest of the staff are also extremely kind, and they are always there when you need something. Everything is clean and beautiful here!
